Refund & Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel appointments before the scheduled consultation time.

Refund eligibility:

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Partial refund may apply for cancellations made closer to the appointment time.
  • No refund will be provided after the consultation has been completed.

In case of technical issues, duplicate payments, or service unavailability, users may request a refund by contacting our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
